Who we are
A team of mountain people from the heart of the Caucasus
Elbrus Expert is a team of professional guides and organisers based in the Elbrus region of Russia, with our office in Pyatigorsk. We believe the mountains make people stronger — and that good organisation is what lets you enjoy them.
We run climbs on Elbrus, treks in the Caucasus and Altai and volcano expeditions in Kamchatka for travellers from all over the world. Our job is to take care of the details — visas, transfers, gear, acclimatisation, safety — so you can focus on the mountain.
Our values
What we stand for
Safety first
No compromises on weather, pace or equipment. We turn around when the mountain says so.
Expertise
Certified guides who live and work on these mountains all year round.
Care
We look after you from the airport pick-up to the farewell dinner.
Growth
Every trip is a step forward — in skills, confidence and perspective.

People the summits trust
