When you send a booking, trip-planning or consultation request we ask for:

• phone number or messenger contact (optional);
• country of residence;
• trip details and any message you choose to write.

We do not ask for payment card details in these forms.

Why we use it

• to reply to your request and prepare an offer;
• to organise your trip, including visa support, transfers and accommodation;
• to contact you about your booking.

Storage and sharing

Requests are stored on our servers and are visible only to our team. We share data with partners (for example hotels, transport providers and insurers) only as far as needed to run your trip. We do not sell personal data.
