Overview
About this tour
Kamchatka's three most famous accessible volcanoes form a natural trilogy: Avachinsky with its steaming summit plug above the city, Mutnovsky with an active crater full of fumaroles and glaciers, and Gorely with its chain of craters and acid lake.
The programme is non-technical and designed for fit hikers. Between climbs you soak in natural hot springs, and a flexible day lets us adapt to Kamchatka's famously changeable weather — or head out onto the Pacific.

FAQ
Good to know
Do I need climbing experience?
No. All three volcanoes are non-technical walks on scree and snow. Avachinsky is the toughest day — about 1,800 m of ascent — so good hiking fitness matters.
What about bears?
Brown bears are common on Kamchatka. Our guides know how to avoid encounters, keep a clean camp and carry deterrents. Following their instructions keeps everyone safe.
How reliable is the weather?
Kamchatka weather is changeable, with fog and rain coming in from the Pacific. That is why the programme has a reserve day and a flexible order of climbs.
How do I get to Kamchatka?
There are regular domestic flights from Moscow (around 8.5–9 hours) and other Russian cities to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. We can help you choose connections.
